Join us for an informational evening with ITC parent and registered dietician, Meg Steffey Schrier. Meg will review basic nutritional information for young children and will include suggestions for lunches and snacks, including information on portions, timing, and avoiding struggles over food. Meg’s focus is on making strong choices and creating positive relationships around food, at home and at the center. This speaker session is free, but we ask you to register for tickets at the link provided below so we can keep an accurate count. Space is limited.
