Members of the Corporation are a vital part of our governance at ITC. Eligible persons must signify their intent to become members of the Corporation for that year
Eligible persons include administrators of the Center, staff members employed by the Center, persons elected to the Board of Trustees, and persons designated as legal parents/guardians of children enrolled in the Center.
Members hold two duties:
- Vote on any by-law changes
- Vote on our annual slate of Board nominees
Members of the Corporation are also invited to attend ITC’s Board Meetings.
